If that's not the case, for whatever reason - the delivery was late, a banana was too curved... - just let our customer service know and we will refund your purchase amount in the form of credits, no questions asked.

Complaint without ifs and buts

We always want to deliver truly unique products of the best quality to you. That's why we thoroughly examine the products from our suppliers before they make it to our Knuspr shelves or into your shopping bag. This is the only way we can ensure the quality and freshness that meet our standards and your expectations.

However, if it happens that your delivery contains a defective product, you can easily report it within 72 hours of delivery in your customer account. You only need a few clicks for this. The value of the goods will be immediately refunded in the form of credits – no questions asked.

 

How to claim individual items in just a few clicks

Step 1: Report an item

Click on the icon with your initials at the top right and then on the "My Account" button. Under "Past Purchases," select the affected purchase. Here you will find the option "Report an item."

Step 2: Select Product

Now you can easily select the product you want to complain about. Next, simply confirm with the "Complain about product" button. Choose whether you want a refund in the form of credits, or if you just want to give us a note - without a refund.

Step 3: Done!

That's it! If you have chosen the refund in the form of credits, the purchase price will now be transferred to your customer account as credits. Simply redeem the credits on your next purchase!
