Overview of your reusable bags?

Here you can see the number of reusable bags you currently have at home. Adjust the number of your bags yourself if it is not correct. This can be done in the browser and in your app.

Click on your account (the circle with your initials or profile picture at the top right).

Click on "My Account".

Bottom left of the page you will find the reusable bags.

Click on "Edit quantity".

Edit the quantity with + or – and save your selection.

Change delivery time? No problem for us!

Sometimes it happens that the delivery time you chose no longer fits into your daily schedule and you need to change it. No problem! You can change your delivery time yourself in most cases. We'll tell you how to do it here:

Click on your account (top right, the circle with your initials or profile picture).

Click on "My Account".

In the middle of the website, click on "Details of your order". 

Click on “Adjust order”.

Click on “Change delivery time window”.

Here you can choose your new delivery time slot. Click on “Change delivery time slot” and that's it!

What if it's no longer possible online?

If you can no longer change the delivery time online, we have already started preparing your order or it is already on its way to you.

You can only reschedule your delivery time slots to the day of the order, it is not possible to move them to a completely different day. In these cases, please contact our customer service.

Please note, it is not possible to switch to a different delivery price category.

 

If it is no longer possible to change the delivery time slot online, please contact our customer service directly. Our staff will do their best to find a solution that suits you.
