Organizer and Participation Requirements

The Nutella AirFryer sweepstakes is conducted by Knuspr.de GmbH, Ludwig-Koch-Straße 3, 81249 Munich. Participation in the sweepstakes requires purchasing a product of the Nutella brand within the period from 21.07.2025, 00:00 to 10.08.2025, 23:59.

Participation and Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the sweepstakes is reserved for customers within the delivery area of Knuspr.de GmbH.

Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Knuspr.de GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as sweepstakes agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these terms and conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.

Procedure of the Sweepstakes

The sweepstakes runs from 21.07.2025, 00:00 to 10.08.2025, 23:59. To participate in the sweepstakes, a product from the Nutella brand must be purchased at Knuspr.de. Winners will be contacted by email by 30.08.2025.

Prizes and Winner Notification

Winners will be determined by random selection. The winner notification will be sent by email by 30.08.2025. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the Sweepstakes

Knuspr.de GmbH reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes without prior notice, especially for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the sweepstakes. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the sweepstakes.

Data Protection

No new data of the participants will be collected for the sweepstakes. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

Applicable Law

Questions and complaints related to the sweepstakes should be directed to Knuspr.de GmbH. Contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.knuspr.de/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies to gaps in these terms and conditions.
