Lindt EXCELLENCE Pure Cocoa is made from 100% natural cocoa fruit, without the addition of refined sugar. The intense cocoa note from the cocoa bean (82%) is combined with the fine fruity, exotic acidity from the pulp (18%). The beans come from the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program and the pulp is sourced from the Swiss-Ghanaian startup Koa.
