The flatfish is one of the finest food fish and can be used in many ways. The firm white meat is perfect for roasting whole in the oven or on the grill. The fish has no scales by nature, but when preparing it whole, it is advisable to remove the skin after cooking. The animals are raised in the wild and can move freely. This gives the meat an excellent taste experience.

Use:
Season the fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice and fresh herbs and cook in the oven at 180°C for approx. 30-40 minutes until glazed. Freshly filleted at the table, you will delight your guests with this culinary highlight.
