Spicy Tantan Ramen Soup

This Tantan Ramen is based on an intensive chicken broth made from 100% organic chicken and fresh vegetables. Sesame, chili and fermented soybeans are important ingredients of the Tantan Tare, a traditional spice paste for Ramen. It is free from preservatives and flavor enhancers. As toppings, seared minced meat and marinated eggs (Ajitsuke Tamago) are recommended.
Store in a dry place. Consume within 24 hours of opening

Put the contents of the jar in a pot or microwave and heat the ramen soup. Heating it up is enough, the soup does not need to boil. Put the hot soup and the cooked noodles in a bowl, add individual toppings and enjoy best with chopsticks and a spoon.

The enthusiasm of Jessica and Matthias, the founders of Tada Ramen, for Ramen began a few years ago in Düsseldorf. This is where one of the largest Japanese quarters in Europe is located. So from their home in the Ruhr area, Japanese culture and cuisine were not far away.
Seven years ago they moved to the Rhine-Main area together. Between Frankfurt and Mannheim they realized that this self-evident understanding of going out to eat traditional ramen was not self-evident at all.

So they had to take the cooking spoon into their own hands...
