The enthusiasm of Jessica and Matthias, the founders of Tada Ramen, for ramen began a few years ago in Düsseldorf. This is where one of the largest Japanese quarters in Europe is located. So Japanese culture and cuisine were not far away from their home in the Ruhr area.
Seven years ago they moved to the Rhine-Main area together. Between Frankfurt and Mannheim they realized that this self-evident understanding of going out for traditional ramen was not self-evident at all.

So they had to take the cooking spoon into their own hands...
