In 2012, Pamela Rinaldi and Tommaso Ferrara acquired an abandoned estate with century-old olive trees. Since then, the passion for extra virgin olive oil has gripped her. The estate was restored and transformed into a "Giardino di Ulivi", an olive grove on the Adriatic coast.
Olive oil with tradition and history. A balanced and elegant blend is made from the high-quality olive varieties Coratina and Ogliarola. The fruity taste is characterized by green almonds with fresh herbal notes and a pleasant bitterness, together with a slight spiciness on the palate.
