The homemade Fleischpflanzerl are freshly prepared in our in-house butchery from fresh minced meat (beef and pork) and beechwood-smoked bacon cubes.

Oven: 60 Min

The delicious sauce base is cooked with dark barrel beer and fresh onion rings. The potatoes and onions have been supplied for over 14 years by a family-run company from Eppingen in Baden-Württemberg – Wild GmbH.
