Great balance with fine fruit
The Franconian Rieslings impress with their fruity aroma, mild acidity and fine minerality. This VDP.Ortswein is dry and well balanced by its subtle, racy acidity. It convinces with a lively character.

The bouquet of this Riesling is reminiscent of the fine fruit of ripe vineyard peaches combined with fresh citrus aromas. The harmonious interplay of fruit, acidity and sweetness tempts you to take another sip and ensures a lot of drinking pleasure!

The Hans Wirsching winery was founded in 1630 and is one of the most traditional and renowned wineries in Franconia. Andrea Wirsching and the senior boss Dr. Heinrich Wirsching currently manage the VDP winery. On 90 hectares in locations such as Julius-Echter Berg, Kronsberg and Iphöfer Kalb around Iphofen, they mainly produce dry white wines. The most important grape varieties are Silvaner, Riesling, Scheurebe and white Burgundy varieties. Among the red wines, they place particular emphasis on Pinot Noir.

As a family business, the Hans Wirsching winery thinks long-term. The vineyards are the basis for the next generations to be able to successfully grow wine in Iphofen. That is why sustainability is the most important goal in all decisions. This is where lived viticulture tradition meets modern technology and the highest standards.
