The Gut Hermannsberg in the Nahetal was founded in 1902 as a royal Prussian domain and has been writing liquid history ever since. In 2009, the Reidel family took over the management of the winery, with cellar master Karsten Peter working in the cellar. His motto: "Dogma is not our thing". Because at Gut Hermannsberg, the development of the wine's own character is paramount.
Gut Hermannsberg owns seven sites, including the Hermannsberg monopoly site and the world-famous Kupfergrube, and is a founding member of the Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter. All of the winery's sites are classified as VDP.Grosse Lage - a truly great quality feature!
