Contraindications

The medicinal product should not be used in case of known hypersensitivity to Arnica montana (arnica), Calendula officinalis (marigold), Echinacea, Echinacea purpurea (coneflower), Matricaria recutita (German chamomile), Bellis perennis (daisy), Achillea millefolium (common yarrow) or other members of the daisy family and excipients.

Precautions for use

Cetyl stearyl alcohol can cause localised skin irritation (e.g. contact dermatitis).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should only be used during pregnancy and lactation after consulting a doctor.

Interactions

The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product can be adversely affected by generally harmful factors in the lifestyle and by stimulants and luxury foods. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken other medicines, even if they are non-prescription medicines.

Dosage and method of administration

The product can also be used on infants, toddlers and school children. Note: Traumeel S should not be applied over large areas. When used as a dressing, only use air-permeable materials (e.g. cotton). The medicinal product is intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes and open wounds.

Duration of treatment

Homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for extended periods of time without medical advice.

Side effects: Due to the homeopathic active ingredient Mercurius solubilis (mercury) contained, allergic reactions can occasionally occur. In individual cases, hypersensitivity reactions can occur. Local allergic reactions (inflammation of the skin) have been reported. If side effects occur, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor. Note: When using a homeopathic medicinal product, existing symptoms can temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, you should discontinue use of the medicinal product and consult your doctor.

Reporting of side effects

If you notice any side effects, contact your doctor or pharmacist. This also applies to side effects not listed in this package leaflet. You can also report side effects directly to the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices, Department of Pharmacovigilance, Kurt-Georg-Kiesinger-Allee 3, D-53175 Bonn, website: www.bfarm.de. By reporting side effects, you can help to provide more information on the safety of this medicine.

Notes on expiry date and storage

Keep out of reach of children! The expiry date of this pack is printed on the container and outer packaging. Do not use this pack after this date. No special storage conditions are required for this medicinal product. Shelf life after first opening: 12 months.

Composition

10.0 g cream contains: Active ingredients: Arnica montana Dil. D3 0.150 g, Calendula officinalis Ø 0.045 g, Hamamelis virginiana Ø 0.045 g, Echinacea Ø 0.015 g, Echinacea purpurea Ø 0.015 g, Matricaria recutita Ø 0.015 g, Symphytum officinale Dil. D4 0.010 g, Bellis perennis Ø 0.010 g, Hypericum perforatum Dil. D6 0.009 g, Achillea millefolium Ø 0.009 g, Aconitum napellus Dil. D1 0.005 g, Atropa belladonna Dil. D1 0.005 g, Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni Dil. D6 0.004 g, Hepar sulfuris Dil. D6 0.0025 g. Other ingredients: emulsifying cetyl stearyl alcohol (type A), liquid paraffin, white petroleum jelly, ethanol 94% (m/m), purified water.
