Meat substitute made from veggie power: Whether meatballs, meatloaf, meat patties or burgers – our vegan minced meat balls are popular in every dialect. Why? Because it is simply a delicious meat alternative made from pea protein. Just try it yourself! Also ideal for grilling. If you want it vegan, vegetarian or simply less meat when grilling.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a pan
- Put approx. 2 tablespoons of oil in a heated coated pan. Fry the vegan meatballs at a low temperature for approx. 10-15 minutes, turning several times.
Preparation in the oven
- Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat (180°C convection; gas oven level 6). Place the vegan meatballs on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook on the middle shelf for approx. 13-15 minutes. Turn after half the baking time.
Grill
- The preparation time depends on the grill. Heat the product through completely before consumption.
