It is made from sweet cream butter, whereby all water-containing components such as milk proteins and lactose are removed. As a result, it contains 99.8% pure milk fat and is heat-resistant up to about 205°C. Butaris is perfect for high temperatures, hardly splatters and gives dishes a fine butter taste without burning. It is naturally lactose-free and free from additives such as preservatives or emulsifiers, making it a conscious choice in the kitchen.
