It joins a wide-ranging assortment with which our manufactory repeatedly breaks new ground. For example, we supplement the classic Windspiel Gin from Germany with the Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin with fine roasting aromas, the nutty Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Art Edition Pistachio with an artistic label, and the spicy Windspiel Premium Dry Kampot Pepper Gin. In all these cases, our base alcohol obtained from potatoes from the Vulkaneifel region meets special ingredients in a sophisticated collaboration with another company. The exceptional Windspiel Van Volxem Gin also originated in cooperation with the long-established Van Volxem winery in Wiltingen on the Saar, which has made a name for itself with outstanding Saar wines from traditional production of great vintages.

The refined Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Van Volxem proves that you can give free rein to your creativity when it comes to the ingredients for gin. Of course, as always, we have processed exquisite spices, herbs and fruits. This time, a distillate from Riesling from one of the great vintages of the Van Volxem winery on the Saar, the Goldberg – a select wine of the highest quality – joins the other botanicals. As a sophisticatedly different, German gin of high quality and equally high recognition value, this fusion seduces both in aroma and in taste with ripe yellow fruits. In addition, one notices a hint of freshly tart citrus fruits such as grapefruit. Something floral like lavender, together with juniper, makes the drinking experience an exciting one. Connoisseurs taste the Riesling without it pushing the typical gin character into the background.
