40 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky
10 ml elderflower syrup
100 ml sparkling water
1 pinch lemon peel (organic)
1 handful ice cubes

Preparation

First, generously fill a tall highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour 4 cl Johnnie Walker Black Label and 1 cl elderflower syrup over the ice.

Top up the drink with 10 cl ice-cold sparkling water.

Finally, garnish the highball with a strip of fresh lemon peel and serve immediately.

Tip

For the best aroma, use an organic lemon and only cut off the yellow peel to avoid bitter substances.
