According to the figures from the Federal Environment Agency, almost 19 million tons of packaging waste are generated in Germany each year. One of the biggest drivers is plastic waste, which is often used for food packaging. The large supermarkets naturally bear a great responsibility here. We want to take the lead and therefore offer, for example, fruits & vegetables without plastic packaging as well as delivery bags made from recycled plastic bottles, and also many foods in reusable packaging.

Their mission: to offer high-quality food without plastic. They source selected organic products from sustainable suppliers and package them in resealable jars with a return system - in line with the zero-waste movement.

So become a deposit pirate too! From GerneOhne, we offer many delicious products such as unpackaged nuts, dried fruits, sweets, or snacks. We deliver them to you in deposit jars with a deposit value of 15 cents. During your next Knuspr delivery, you can return the jars to our driver and immediately get the deposit money credited to your account. The jars are then cleaned and reused in the next step.
