Organizer and Participation Requirements
The competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich. Participation in the competition requires placing an order within the promotional period from 16.07.2024, 00:00 until 31.07.2024, 23:59 in the delivery areas in the greater Berlin or Frankfurt area.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Großer Kern GmbH in Berlin and Frankfurt. Participants must be new customers, meaning they must have never ordered from Knuspr before.
Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these terms and conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.

 

Competition Process
The competition runs from 16.07.2024, 00:00 until 31.07.2024, 23:59. To participate in the competition, the first order must be placed on Knuspr.de within this period. Participation occurs automatically after the qualifying purchase. The winner will be notified by email no later than XXX.

 

Prizes and Winner Notification
The prize: 2 tickets to the Adele concert on 31.08.2024 in Munich
The winner will be determined by random selection. The winner notification will be sent by email no later than XXX. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition
Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.
