Organizer: Großer Kern GmbH

Organizer and Participation Requirements

This competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich. To participate, please leave a comment under our post from 22.04. between 22.04.2024, 08:00 AM and 29.04.2024, 11:59 PM and tag a friend from Berlin. This person should also be a follower of our page.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Großer Kern GmbH in Berlin.

Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these terms and conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.

 

Competition Process

The competition runs from 22.04.2024, 08:00 AM to 29.04.2024, 11:59 PM. To participate in the competition, a comment must be made according to the conditions mentioned above. Participation occurs automatically after commenting. The winner will be notified by email no later than 06.05.2024.

 

Prizes and Prize Notification

Prize: The prize includes a trip to Berlin (the winner must be based in Munich or Frankfurt) and two nights in a double room.

Determination of the Winner: The winners will be determined by random selection from all eligible entries.

Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by email no later than 06.05.2024.

Conditions of the Prize: The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

Response Period: If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of contact, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.

 

Data Protection

No new data from participants will be collected for the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

 

Applicable Law

Questions and complaints related to the competition should be directed to Großer Kern GmbH. Contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.knuspr.de/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies to gaps in these terms and conditions.
