Terms and Conditions for EM Competition

Organizer: Großer Kern GmbH

Organizer and Participation Requirements

The competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich. Participation in the competition requires that at least three orders with a minimum purchase value of 100 € each are placed within the campaign period from 11.06.2024, 00:00 to 05.07.2024, 12:00 in the delivery areas in the Greater Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt area.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Großer Kern GmbH in Munich, Berlin, and Frankfurt.

Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing procedures or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these participation conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.

 

Competition Procedure

The competition runs from 1.06.2024, 00:00 to 05.07.2024, 12:00. To participate in the competition, at least three orders with a minimum purchase value of 100 € each must be placed within this period. Participation occurs automatically after the qualified third purchase. The winner will be notified by email no later than 06.07.2024.

 

Prizes and Prize Notification

The prize: 2 VIP tickets for the EM final in Berlin and a hotel stay for two people

The winners are determined by random selection. The prize notification will be sent by email no later than 06.07.2024. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.

 

Data Protection

No new data of the participants will be collected for the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

 

Applicable Law

Questions and complaints in connection with the competition should be directed to Großer Kern GmbH. The contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.knuspr.de/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies to gaps in these participation conditions.
