In 2011, the Barsinghausen plant was named 'Factory of the Year 2011' by the magazine Produktion after extensive renovations. CEO Phil Rumbol, who had been with Bahlsen since 2020 and was responsible for the company's realignment, left the company in 2022. Alexander Kühnen took over as CEO on January 1, 2023.
