Lungarotti Rubesco Rosso di Torgiano DOC 2022 is a red wine from Umbria (Torgiano), made from Sangiovese and Colorino. This vintage presents as dry and structured; alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged in oak barrels and in the bottle. On the nose: cherry, red fruit, violet, along with pepper, cinnamon and a hint of tobacco; on the palate concentrated, with balanced tannins and a slightly mineral finish. Since the 1960s, LUNGAROTTI has stood for Umbrian wine tradition.
Use
Pairs well with pasta with ragù, grilled meat and aged cheese. Best served at 16–18 °C.
