Production:

The grapes are harvested at night at cool temperatures. After destemming, they are placed directly in the fermentation tank, where they macerate gently for several weeks. The gentle extraction promotes a very intense variety of aromas and very ripe, silky tannins. A fine and delicate woody note completes the complex range of aromas. The wine then ages for a further 6 months.

Origin:

This exceptional Cuvée is produced in the Languedoc, in the north of the Camargue, in a landscape blessed by the gods, near the Mediterranean Sea, in the Gard department. The vineyards thrive on white limestone hills near Nîmes.

Tasting notes:

Colour : In the glass, the wine shows a brilliant and deep black-red colour.
Nose : The nose reveals an opulent bouquet of blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant jam, underlined by sensual vanilla notes.
Palate : On the palate, it is wonderfully full-bodied, creamy and velvety soft, and this delicate taste experience ends in an almost endless fruity finish.
