Pizza Margherita with gluten-free dough and a topping of fruity tomato sauce and lactose-free mozzarella. Our Italian pizza owes its delicious base to the traditional dough making process with organic yeast. 24 hours of resting time allows the dough to develop its airy, fluffy texture, naturally without the use of additives. The dough is then processed by hand, shaped by hand and topped. The pizza gets its classic Italian touch from being pre-baked in a wood-fired stone oven. The wood used for this comes from a specially created and certified beech plantation in Italy, in order to prevent the deforestation of naturally grown forests.

Preparation recommendation: 

Preheat oven to approx. 220 °C. Remove pizza from foil and place frozen on the rack in the middle of the oven and bake for approx. 10–12 minutes (with hot air: 8–10 minutes). As the temperature can vary depending on the oven, always keep an eye on the baking status of the pizza.
