This champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and has a dosage of only 1.8g/l. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, including malolactic fermentation, to achieve a soft and round texture. The blend contains 45% Solera wine, which dates back to 1982. After 30 months of bottle aging, the champagne is bottled without fining to preserve its natural purity. On the palate, it is straightforward, aromatic and powerful, with polished notes and a beautiful yellow fruit.
