In Potager‘s Vertical Farm in Berlin Biesdorf, the herbs are grown according to the principles of vertical farming. 

We are a passionate and international team that draws its motivation from the necessity to protect and preserve our Earth's limited resources. In our Berlin production facility, we grow plants year-round to shorten supply chains, reduce food waste, and lower CO2 emissions. Our vertical farm is a fully automated and scalable vertical cultivation system. Light, water, and temperature can be individually adjusted for each plant species, so they grow in reliable quantities and intervals.
