Store in a dry place.
Soak the mushrooms in water for approx. 60 minutes, drain and discard the soaking water. Wash and clean the mushrooms under fresh, running water. Avoid contact with other foods in their raw state (this must be strictly observed to avoid a health risk). Boil in fresh water for at least 10 minutes. Drain the water, season to taste and fry, e.g., with onions and soy sauce in a wok.
