Store dry at room temperature. After opening, store in a cool place.
Fry 300 g of sliced chicken in a pan, add the sauce, cover and simmer for approx. 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through. Garnish with chopped coriander. Rice or Indian flatbread are excellent accompaniments.
