Kimbo was founded in 1963 by the Rubino brothers. In 1994, the company reached second place in retail on the Italian market for packaged coffee and has maintained this position to this day. The ability to automate once artisanal processes such as roasting and blending was a success. Here too, the human component is crucial, both for controlling the roasting process and for creating blends that ideally combine valuable and diverse characteristics, always with the aim of maintaining Kimbo's consistent quality. The work is done by high-tech machines, but it is still experience and talent that drive development. Kimbo Decaffeinato is a high-quality decaffeinated coffee roasted according to authentic Neapolitan tradition. Characteristic of this roasted coffee is its medium-dark roast. Through the advanced extraction process, the blend is decaffeinated, while preserving the sensory characteristics, the intense creaminess, and the penetrating aroma typical of freshly roasted coffee.
