Mabyen Mama Hay Flower Bath

The Mama Organic Hay Flower Bath is natural and of the highest organic quality - completely free from additives and preservatives. The hay flowers consist of finely cut and gently dried blossoms and panicles of organically grown meadow flowers. Soothing and nourishing sitz baths can be prepared from the hay flower mixture.

Application & Preparation Instructions:

Use within 3 months after opening
Sitz bath:
Pour 1 liter of boiled water over 3 tablespoons of hay flowers. After about 10 minutes, pour the strained hay flower infusion through a fine sieve directly into the bathtub

Then add water up to thigh height so that you can take a sitz bath. Before sitting down, make sure the water has a comfortable bathing temperature.
We recommend a 10 to 15-minute sitz bath 2 to 3 times a week.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Do not add the sieved-out hay flowers to the bathtub. Always prepare the hay flower bath fresh. During pregnancy, use only in consultation with a midwife. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
