The NIVEA SUN Protect & Bronze Sun Spray with SPF 30 offers immediate and highly effective UVA & UVB protection against sunburn and premature skin aging. The formula with Pro-Melanin extract activates the skin's own melanin production, thereby supporting the natural tanning process for an even and healthy-looking tan - completely without self-tanner. The water-resistant formula absorbs quickly and is non-greasy. Skin compatibility dermatologically confirmed. Out of consideration for the ocean, the NIVEA SUN Protect & Bronze Sun Spray is free from the environmentally harmful UV filters Octocrylene, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, and free from microplastics. Application: 

• 1.) Apply: Shake well before use! Do not spray directly onto the face and do not inhale. Apply the product generously for daily use and before sun exposure, and let it absorb completely. 
• 2.) Reapply: Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, to maintain protection. 
• 3.) Be protected: Avoid excessive sun exposure. Even sunscreens with high SPF do not offer complete protection from UV rays. 
• 4.) : Reducing the amount significantly lowers the level of protection.
•  5.) : Do not stay too long in the sun, even when using a sunscreen product; excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat. 
• 6.) : Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. 
• 7.) : Allow the product to absorb completely and avoid direct contact with textiles and hard surfaces to prevent staining. 
• 8.) : Skin compatibility dermatologically tested.
