The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin on batteries or accumulators indicates that they must not be disposed of in household waste at the end of their service life. If batteries or accumulators contain mercury, cadmium, or lead, you will find the respective chemical symbol (Hg, Cd, or Pb) below the symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin. You are legally obliged to return old batteries and accumulators. You can do this free of charge with us or at another collection point in your vicinity. Addresses of suitable collection points can be obtained from your city or municipal administration.
Warnings
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. If swallowed, call a doctor immediately. Insert batteries correctly (+/-). The battery must not be opened, burned, or recharged. The battery must not be used together with old batteries or with those of a different system. Otherwise, it could explode, leak, and cause damage.
