Unlike classic Aceto Balsamico vinegar, Condimento Bianco impresses with its light color. This is due to the manufacturing process. Condimento Bianco is made from white wine vinegar and grape must concentrate. This is thickened at a low temperature and thus retains its light color. In addition, the taste is not to be despised: Condimento Bianco tastes particularly mild, because it has only 5% acidity and you can taste it. It has a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

Condimento Bianco is used wherever a light, mild vinegar is required. So for refining dressings or for seasoning sauces. Due to its mild taste, it also goes well with steamed vegetables, light meat, fish, potato or pasta salads and pasta dishes.
