The friends book 'All My Friends – Dino' by arsEdition is lovingly designed for little dino fans. Originally, the publisher began with the publication of religious prints and prayer books as well as devotional items such as holy cards. After 1912, the publisher also released theological books. At the end of the 1920s, arsEdition expanded its program to include children's books. The publisher was taken over by Marcel Nauer in 1979, leading to a radical restructuring. In 2004, the series 'Secret Worlds' was launched with the title 'Expedition into the Secret World of Dragons'. The Bonnier Media Deutschland GmbH in Munich is a subsidiary of the Swedish media group Bonnier, founded in 1993. The company has a long publishing tradition that dates back to the 19th century. Renowned publishers such as Aladin, arsEdition, Berlin Verlag, Carlsen, Gabriel Verlag, Hörbuch Hamburg, Lappan Verlag, Libresco, MyBook, Nelson Verlag, Piper, Thienemann-Esslinger, Ullstein Buchverlage, BuchVertrieb Blank, and since 2017, the Munich Publishing Group, belong to Bonnier Media. Bonnier Media Deutschland is considered the third-largest German book publishing group after the Bertelsmann-owned Random House publishing group and the Georg von Holtzbrinck publishing group. The company offers the broadest portfolio among the major German publishers and is the market leader in the categories of children's and youth books, manga, and gift books. The net sales in 2024 amounted to 340 million euros, and the total number of books sold was an impressive 83. 6 million. The average number of employees (FTE) in 2024 was 774. The managing director was Viktor Niemann until 2006, Hartmut Jedicke until 2013. In 2014, Christian Schumacher-Gebler took over the management of the German book group.
