The Vini Vaccaro Luna Grillo DOC Sicilia is a fresh and expressive **white wine from Sicily**, whose character appears full and lively. In the glass, it displays a delicate, greenish-straw yellow colour. On the nose, it unfolds fruity-spicy aromas of **citrus, grapefruit, sweet lemon, and a hint of sage or anise**, which combine with floral nuances like white blossoms. On the palate, it presents itself with an invigorating, juicy acidity, medium body, and clear freshness – dry and well-structured with a pleasant length. About the producer:

The Sicilian winery **Vini Vaccaro Agricola SRL**, based in Salaparuta (Trapani province), was founded in the 1970s. Today, the Vaccaro family cultivates over 45 hectares of vines in locations with calcareous and sandy soils at an altitude of about 450 meters above sea level. The "Luna" line stands for naturally vinified wines – the Grillo "Luna" DOC Sicilia is carefully hand-picked, cool-fermented at 11–12 °C in stainless steel tanks, and undergoes controlled fermentation on the skins for about 20 days. The result is a clear, varietal wine with freshness, aromatics, and an excellent price-pleasure ratio.
