Dogs are a great enrichment to all our lives. They accompany us for many years and always stand loyally by our side.
Getting a dog is a responsible task, and we must treat them responsibly, treat them well. This is what Katharina Miklauz thought when she founded DOG’S LOVE in 2014.
Katharina searched for suitable dog food for her own dog Nala – species-appropriate, natural, preferably made in Austria, and with clearly labeled ingredients and contents.
But she couldn’t find what she was looking for, and the idea for DOG’S LOVE was born. Katharina Miklauz quickly turned her idea into reality and founded a family-run company based in Vienna that met all her requirements for appropriate dog food.
From a small quality-focused operation, the team together developed DOG’S LOVE into an internationally recognized and appreciated dog food brand.
The philosophy behind it remains the same to this day.

Our goal at DOG’S LOVE is to enable dogs to live a happy and vital lifestyle through appropriate quality nutrition. We don’t just want to feed dogs; we want to make them happy. In close collaboration with veterinarians and nutritionists, we have developed well-thought-out, varied complete food menus, suitable supplementary foods, and fine treats. We strive to source all ingredients in organic quality whenever possible and work according to nature’s recipes to provide balanced nutrition for pets.
