The illy filter coffee is a pure Arabica blend, which is composed of nine different varieties from three continents. It combines tastes from many places and merges into a complex composition of flavors, which combines notes of chocolate, roasted bread, caramel, almond and honey. The pleasant medium roast ensures a velvety-mild and balanced finish, which gives the flavors free rein. The grind is perfect for all filter coffee preparations.

For over 90 years, illy has perfected the unique blend of nine Arabica varieties to offer the world the best coffee, always ensuring that there are no defects in the cup. This is achieved through over 300 quality controls and 6 selection processes, from the green coffee to the cup.

For the unique 100% Arabica blend, each illy bean is individually selected. illy coffee is made from a blend of 9 different Arabica varieties, which come from different countries of origin. With the direct purchase model, illy selects the coffee farmers themselves and buys directly. This allows long-term, partnership-based relationships to be built with the growers and their efforts to be better rewarded with a price above the market average.
