Qualivo Sirloin Steak – lean, tender & aromatic
The sirloin steak is a particularly lean, fine-fibred cut from the hindquarter. It impresses with a tender texture, balanced beef aroma, and a very good ratio of juiciness and leanness. Perfect for those who prefer a slightly lighter, lower-fat steak – ideal for pan or grill.
