The Williams Christ pear variety (Pyrus communis) was named after the nurseryman Williams from London. We get our pears from friendly fruit growers, so that we can influence the degree of ripeness. Their taste gives a sweet and fine spice when fully ripe. We gently press the pears to 100% pure juice.
