“Sous Chef” is a mild organic extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Koroneiki in a 750 ml squeeze bottle. Cold extracted below 27 °C and with an acidity level under 0.5%.
The oil is intentionally gentle in taste and is suitable for frying, braising, roasting, as well as for pasta and vegetables.
