Finely grated from 100% Bavarian horseradish roots and mildly seasoned with Alpine cream. Schamel Meerrettich ALPENSAHNE is made from 100% hand-picked Bavarian horseradish raw materials, freshly and finely grated and prepared with the finest Alpine cream.
It is particularly mild and has a high cream content of 27%. Deliciously creamy and ideal for garnishing fine dishes or cold platters for the buffet.
