The floral-aromatic beans
The whole coffee beans of Ubomi Peru are harvested by hand and then slowly roasted in drums at a maximum temperature of 210 °C for 20 minutes. This gives the beans time to develop their incredibly intense aroma and wonderfully harmonious taste. The Ubomi Peru is therefore lightly roasted and convinces with a floral-aromatic coffee taste. The coffee consists of 100% highland Arabica beans, which are grown on special coffee plantations. This certified organic coffee with its golden-brown crema can be enjoyed wonderfully.
