Description
97+ Parker points
Opaque purple with a black core and a violet rim. A delicate perfume of wild cherries and violets as well as nougat pralines. On the second approach, liquorice, cassis and blueberries. On the palate, a powerful, creamy texture, perfectly ripe tannins and sweet extract, showing incredible elegance, then this finesse package takes hold. In the catapult-like, long-lasting finish with blueberries, supporting minerality, graphite, ends with noble bitter notes, which give the wine a certain arrogance. A grandiose Pauillac, which is also one of the best in the appellation this year!
