18 Conejo is an association for biodynamic agriculture in Honduras, which was founded in 2012. The aim is to maintain the balance of nature and man. And this in the awareness that the farmers with their families and their well-being are also an important part of the whole.

The Speicherstadt coffee roastery is located in the heart of Hamburg's Speicherstadt. Surrounded by canals and brick buildings, our coffees are freshly roasted here every day. To do this, we rely on the gentle drum roasting process and the best green coffee, which we source directly from the port of Hamburg.

We see ourselves as a specialty roastery and concentrate on high-quality and single-origin coffees as well as on fine coffee blends. In order to always guarantee the best quality, we are in constant contact with the producers in the growing regions
