Description
Centonze produces its single-varietal DOP olive oil from the Nocellara del Belice in the northwest of Sicily, in the Trapani region. Oil with a beautiful cloudiness, intense green color with golden yellow reflections. Medium-intense fruity taste, round and full. Balanced bitterness and pungency with an aftertaste of green tomato and artichoke.
Goes well with fish dishes, but also with soups, white meat, cheese and all dishes that are prepared naturally. A harmonious, medium-fruity oil for fried fish and meat, vegetables and soup
