How to change food correctly?
A gradual change of food is necessary, as dogs first have to get used to the new food composition. If the food is changed too quickly, digestive problems, diarrhoea and flatulence can be the result. Ideally, the transition takes about two to four weeks, whereby a small amount of the new food should always be mixed with the usual food, while the usual food is gradually reduced – until only the new food is in the dog's bowl. The changeover to the new dog food is successfully completed!

How often should I feed my adult dog?
For adult dogs from the age of 10 to 12 months, feeding twice a day is sufficient. Typically, adult dogs are fed in the morning and evening, with the total amount of food usually divided into two equally sized portions. It is not so important at what time the dog is fed – it is much more important that there is a certain regularity and that there are fixed feeding times. If the dog is always fed at the same time, the dog is evenly supplied and the dog's body can adjust to the fixed mealtimes.
