Pour well-chilled into a sparkling wine glass and enjoy as an aperitif or food accompaniment; also suitable as an alcohol-free base for Spritz variations.

Kolonne Null GmbH from Berlin (founded 2018) produces alcohol-free, dealcoholized wines and sparkling wines and positions itself in the premium segment.
Kolonne Null works with family-run wineries in Europe to represent regional, varietal, and vintage-typical profiles.
