With the Pumpkin Organics Bluey organic baking mix, you can make fluffy pancakes in no time – ideal for families with children aged 3+. Made from 100% organic ingredients, no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars), no preservatives and no flavourings.

This mix is a little everyday luxury: the batter is ready in just 5 minutes, and one pack makes approx. 8 pancakes – perfect for a shared breakfast, the lunchbox or as a dessert. Especially practical: the pancakes also work as a plant-based version – simply add a Pumpkin Organics organic veggie pouch to the batter. Use

Mix the baking mix according to the instructions on the pack with a few ingredients and fry in a pan until golden brown. Tip: top with yoghurt, fruit or pumpkin seeds; for a plant-based version, add a veggie pouch to the batter.
