Freixenet Solare Aperitivo

Freixenet Solare Aperitivo is a wine-based, aromatised drink with 100% natural flavours and 11% vol. It combines notes of sun-ripened Spanish citrus fruits with selected botanicals such as rosemary and thyme.

As an aperitif, it pairs well with light dishes, tapas or antipasti and is also ideal as a base for simple spritz and mixed drinks. Serve well chilled.

Use

For a spritz, fill a glass with ice, add 3 parts Freixenet Carta Medium Dry, 2 parts Freixenet Solare and 1 part soda water, and garnish with a slice of lemon.

About Manufacturer

Freixenet S.A. is a family-run sparkling wine producer whose roots date back to 1861 and the Ferrer and Sala winemaking families. The brand is associated with Catalonia (Penedès) and the “La Freixeneda” estate.

Freixenet is known, among other things, for the cava “Cordon Negro”, the iconic “black bottle”. The production highlights the traditional bottle fermentation (“méthode champenoise”); the first bottles under the Freixenet name appeared in 1914.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
