FRANZ HAAS Pinot Grigio Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2025 is a dry white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio from South Tyrol (13% vol. ). Aged predominantly in stainless steel, with a small proportion in barrique and fine lees aging.
On the nose, acacia blossom, hay, sage and almond; on the palate it is finely structured with clear fruit and a delicate spiciness. Pairs well with fish, pasta, antipasti or white meat. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
Use
Pour as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes; enjoy soon after opening.
